Payment Options

  • Payments can be made in person at the Treasurer's Office in Gloucester County Office Building Number 2 located at 6489 Main Street.
  • You may mail your payment to:

    Please allow ample time for mailing as postmark dates are not acceptable for a payment to be on time.
  • Payments can be placed in the drive-up Drop Box located at the end of the median strip on Justice Drive between Gloucester County Office Building Number 1 and Gloucester County Office Building Number 2. This method is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Payments can be automatically debited from your checking or savings account through the Automated Bank Debit (ABD) service. Forms for this method of payment may be obtained from the Treasurer's Office or the Gloucester Utilities Department.
  • Payments can be accepted online over a secure Internet site. Before making the payment, you will need to have your utility bill on hand and your credit card information. To pay by credit card-MasterCard, American Express, Visa and Discover- visit the Treasurer's payment options page. A convenience fee will be charged for processing credit card transactions. All fees are paid to Official Payments Corporation for the cost of providing this service; the County of Gloucester does not retain any portion of this fee. Payment by credit card does not give Gloucester County Government access to your credit card number; that information is retained strictly by Official Payments Corporation. Customers who use the online payment option will receive a confirmation number for future reference.
  • Payments can be made over the telephone by credit card-MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. There is a nominal fee for this service. Before making the payment, you will need to have your utility bill on hand and your credit card information. To make payment, call 800-272-9829, enter Jurisdiction Code 1087, press 3 to pay a utility bill, enter payment information and enter credit card information. The system will give you a verbal receipt number. Customers should record and retain this number for future reference. All fees are paid to Official Payments Corporation for the cost of providing this service; the County of Gloucester does not retain any portion of this fee. Payment by credit card does not give Gloucester County Government access to your credit card number; that information is retained strictly by Official Payments Corporation.
  • Payments can be made by check online. To do this, you will need to have your utility bill on hand. There is a nominal fee for this service.
