Code Change - 2009 USBC effective March 1, 2011 please be aware plans submitted as of March 1, 2012 at a minimum need to be compliant with 2009 USBC

Fees for building permits obtained for damage received from the recent tornado and Hurricane Irene are waived, but permits for repair, replacement, alterations, etc. are required.

The revised FEMA FIRM (Flood Insurance Rate Maps) dated 9/17/2010 are available at this link
