A public hearing for approval of conveyance of real estate, located at 4881 Longhill Road, James City County, which is owned jointly by Gloucester County, and the City of Williamsburg.

A second public hearing to consider amendments to Chapter 16 of the Gloucester County Code to increase the amount of tax relief for elderly and disabled owners in the lowest income bracket, to exclude a portion of the income of disabled owners in determining eligibility for tax relief, and to address modifications necessitated or made appropriate by changes to state code.

A third public hearing will also be March 3rd to amend and update Chapter 19 of the Gloucester County Code to clarify the intent to prohibit off-site sewage disposal systems, and generally to allow off-site sewage disposal systems serving lots created prior to August 1, 2006.
