About Us
The Clean Community
Program is governed by the
Clean Community Committee as directed by its
approved
Bylaws. The Committee is made up of volunteer members
who reside in Gloucester County and are appointed by the Board of Supervisors.
The program is administered by a Clean Community
Coordinator, and supported by hundreds of Gloucester residents and
businesses, who give of their time to help keep the County of Gloucester
beautiful, clean and litter-free. The program promotes recycling,
conducts education programs, administers the Adopt-a-Spot
and Adopt-a-Highway program, and assists residents, community groups,
schools, civic organizations and others in conducting clean up and beautification
events.
