GLOUCESTER COMMONWEALTH'S ATTORNEY'S OFFICE

     The primary goal of the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney is to review and prosecute all felony cases, domestic violence and serious misdemeanor cases where the Code of Virginia requires.  Our office consists of four full-time prosecutors and one part-time domestic violence prosecutor.  Each of our attorneys prosecutes cases in the Gloucester County General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and the Circuit Court. 

     Through the Victim-Witness Coordinator, we also seek to fully protect the rights of crime victims.
