LOW IMPACT/STEP AEROBICS

For ages 13 & older. Get a cardiovascular workout. STEP is part of this session, avoiding heavy stress on joints or having to jog or jump. Bring your own step or the instructor will provide one. Classes taught by Suellen Hooper. Each session meets 2 days/week at Church of St. Therese.

PARTNER MASSAGE CLASSES

For ages 18 & older. David Bartholomew (NTCMB, AMTA) owner of Relaxation Station-Massage & Movement Therapy instructs these partner massage classes. Participants discover the basic movements that make up what is known as a Classic Swedish massage. By the end of the class, each participant will have received & given a full massage to their partner. Exceptionally informative, instills confidence and just down right fun! BELLY DANCING FOR BEGINNERS & ADVANCED

For ages 13 & older - separate beginners and advanced classes! Focus on proper posture as you learn the basics of belly dancing. Advanced students should have been through a beginner class previously. Lessons provide a good workout for your belly and many other muscles and increase flexibility. ONE STROKE PAINTING

For ages 12 & older. Do you wish you could paint? Take a One Stroke painting class, created by Donna Dewberry, and learn the technique that's sweeping the nation! This two-hour class teaches you how to properly load paint on the brush, allowing you to blend, shade and highlight all in ONE STROKE! You will learn the basics of decorative painting, and will finish with a project of your own. The fee includes the project piece and use of the instructor's paints and supplies. Additional supplies can be purchased from the instructor at the completion of the class at a discount. Samples are available to view at the PR&T Office. Classes instructed by Valerie Rice, a One Stroke Certified Instructor, $40 per class.

Crop sessions with Tammy Martin, for ages 18 & older. Imagine just you, your albums, devoted time, and no distractions. Join us at Apostle's Lutheran Church for plenty of space to spread out, relax, and focus on your albums. There will be lots of cropping tools on hand for you to use, 100s of page layout ideas, door prizes, and a Creative Memories consultant available to assist you in your quest to preserve those precious family memories. 9 am-6 pm sessions include lunch, snacks, and soft drinks. 1-6 pm sessions include snacks and soft drinks.
