Frequently Asked Questions Registration Questions
Athletics Questions
Park, Fishing, Hunting Questions How do I register ?There are several convenient ways to register for Parks, Recreation & Tourism Activities.
Which age group does my child fit into ?Our year runs from September 30 to September 29 or from the Summer Whiffleball, Teeball & Softball Season to the Spring Soccer Season. Our dates coincide with the schools dates so that for the most part we have 3rd graders playing with 3rd graders, 4th graders playing with 4th graders, etc. We have Fall and Spring Soccer leagues, so a child will play in the same Spring league as they did back in the Fall. For example, if you are interested in 6 to 8 year old Fall Soccer and your child turns 6 on December 4, 2008. He will not be eligible for 6 to 8 year old soccer until Fall of 2009. For both the Fall and Spring Leagues he would play in the 5 year old soccer league. If you feel that your child should play in an age group other than we have outlined here please email the Athletic Supervisor or call 693-1262. Special arrangements can be made.
