On-line Registration Instructions

* Everyone that has ever registered for a Parks, Recreation and Tourism activity is in our system.
If your address, phone number or name has changed please call us to update your file.

* If your household already exists in our system and you try to add it again on line, it will delay your ability to use the on-line registration system.

From the comfort of your home or office, you can:

* Check the availability of any current class or activity

* Register for any current class or activity

* Check the availability of any picnic shelter and/or lodge for rent

* Two convenient ways to pay:
Credit Card - $2.00 convenience fee will be added per transaction, transaction limit is $100. Example: registering 2 children for gymnastics exceeds the $100 transaction limit, therefore each child would be registered and paid for individually, charging two transaction fees.

Avoid long lines & the last minute scramble!

In order to use the registration system, we must have updated phone numbers, address, full names and birthdates for ALL members of the household. Call our Office 693-2355, email klegg@gloucesterva.info or mail us the information (6467 Main St, Gloucester, VA 23061).

Not having this information can prevent you from accessing online registration.

All online registration requires a WebID and Password which is good for the entire household.

These are assigned from our office, but you can easily figure yours out.

WebID = 1^st letter of Primary Guardian’s First Name + 1^st FOUR letters of Primary’s Last Name + 7-digit home phone

Password = 10-digit home phone, including area code, without parentheses or dashes

Example:
Primary Guardian: John Smith
Phone # (123)456-7890

WebID = JSmit4567890

Password = 1234567890
