Note:   Due to budgetary constraints we are unable to mail bids and proposals to all vendors that are registered for a certain commodity code in our database.  Our department advertises all bids and proposals in newspapers of local area circulation, such as the Gazette Journal and the Daily Press.  We also lists all bids and proposals on our Internet web site as well as notification of new bids/proposals through the Gloucester Connection Email News Service.
