Building
This building was constructed in 1896 as a clerk's office
and later named for Basil Bernard Roane, Clerk of the Circuit Court
1918-1974. The one story building features maximum security with
sturdy construction, iron gratings and heavy metal doors.
Hours of
Operation - Volunteers staff the
center from 1 to 4 pm, Sundays and 10 am to 4 pm, Monday through Saturday.
