The
Online Payment System allows you to pay the county from the comfort of
your home.
It can save you time and money by not having to
address an envelope and applying postage or standing in line. It
is quicker than regular mail because as soon as you submit your
transaction, Gloucester County receives your authorization for
payment. |
It is recommended that you have at least Internet
Explorer 4 or Netscape 4 to complete transactions securely at 128
bit encryption over the Internet using our Online Payment System.
Older browsers may work at 40 bit encryption.

It is an electronic system allowing payment of
accounts over the Internet. It utilizes encryption to securely
transmit bank account information. This system gives citizens of
Gloucester a convenient way of paying accounts. |

the Online Payment System work? |

By completing the required information and
submitting the form, you are authorizing Gloucester County to request
payment from your financial institution. Your financial
institution will withdraw the amount you authorize and send it to the
county. Gloucester County will apply the amount received to the
account(s) you have designated for payment. |

estate taxes and monthly utility bills on-line. |

will my payment be posted or credited? |

Please allow up to 6 business days for
payments to be posted to your account(s). All tax and utility payments
will be credited as of the same business day they are made.
Current utility payments made by midnight on the last day of the
month will be posted as current for that month. Delinquent
utility accounts paid by midnight on the 15th of the month following
the original due date will not be disconnected. |
