contract administration and management of all County  capital construction projects	building maintenance by staff skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, masonry, painting, and plumbing, and custodial care
maintaining the County's emergency radio communications system linking Sheriff's Dispatch with Police, Fire and Rescue responders, and the Public Works Network linking County departments	maintaining County vehicles
providing solid waste management and contract administration related to the Middle Peninsula Landfill and Recycling Facility	maintaining Road Name signs throughout the County      (We fabricate road name signs and signs for County buildings in our sign shop.)
providing post-closure care and monitoring of the Old County Landfill	by performing in-house construction projects such as  interior renovations of buildings or construction of complete projects
providing disaster solid waste management planning and procedures for use following natural disasters	By providing Mosquito Control services throughout  Mosquito Control Districts
