Clean & Green Advisory Committee

Overview

The purpose of the Committee is to serve as the advisory body for the Gloucester County Board of Supervisors on matters affecting the quality of the local environment.  The Committee will research, analyze, and propose methods for Gloucester County to promote and implement science-based sustainable methods and practices within the County, including but not limited to current infrastructure, future development, green energy, litter prevention, solid waste management and recycling, beautification, and natural resource protection.  

Meetings

Regular meetings shall be held as needed but at least quarterly. The first regular meeting of the calendar year will be called the organizational meeting, and during that meeting the election of officers will occur and a meeting schedule will be set for the year.  Citizens interested in serving as a member of the Clean & Green Advisory Committee should complete a Volunteer Board Bank information form here, or call 804-693-5370.
