ATTENTION: The Gloucester Department of Social Services is undergoing construction.  We will remain open throughout the project.  Customers are asked to enter to the left of the parking lot when you pull in.  The new entrance is located on the left hand side of the building.  The DROP BOX has been relocated to the left side of the parking lot, close to the entrance.  It is clearly marked for customer use.  Please drop all documents in that box.  This box is checked multiple times throughout the day.  Most customer requests can be managed by phone or on-line.  We ask customers to please call before coming to the office to see if we can assist you by phone  804-693-2671.  If you do come to the Agency, please follow the instructions on the parking signs. Customers are requested to call the agency upon their arrival to receive assistance.  The project is expected to take several months to complete and we ask for the community's assistance during this period as we remain available to serve you.
