On Sunday, May 25, 2008, the Gloucester County Veteran’s Memorial Wall was dedicated. Thanks to the dedication and contributions of the citizens and businesses, this memorial honoring veterans and merchant marines who were killed in action or died serving their country was erected in front of the courthouse building. In addition to erecting the memorial, a goal of the Veterans Memorial Committee is to establish a database of all veterans who lived in Gloucester County who served their country. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Anyone with information of relatives or friends who have served our country is asked to email the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Committee or call 804-693-3515 to receive the database information form that needs to be completed.
