The Gloucester Community Foundation (GCF) was established in 2000 to preserve and enhance the quality of life in Gloucester County through philanthropy. GCF continues to grow with the addition of new funds, matching grants and generous donations. The Gloucester Library Endowment, founded in 1990, became a partner of GCF in 2008.
In the same manner that the Gloucester Library Endowment provided an avenue for donations to be made to the Gloucester County Public Library, donations are now accepted through GCF to the following funds:
The Fred Lee and Martha F. Brown Fund - Genealogy and Local History
The Gloucester Library Endowment Fund - Services and Collections
The Margaret Blair Spalding Morgan Fund - Children's Materials
The Montague Haskell Fund for Library Employee Dev and Ed - Educational Opportunities for Staff
