    Join us for a reception featuring 1st grade & Kindergarten Palette Pals from 6pm-7pm on June 8, 2023. Each participating student will have a piece of artwork on display. People’s Choice Awards will be awarded to one student from each school. Stop by the gallery to vote early for your favorite artwork starting May 18th or cast your vote at the reception before 6:30pm. The gallery is open Wednesday- Saturday from 12pm-5pm. Winners will be announced at 6:45pm the night of the reception.

    Paint & Sip w/ Hanah Saturday, June 10th 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm Join Hanah Hailey for a Paint & Sip night! Create an acrylic pour painting while enjoying a drink- perfect for a date night/night out with your friends! Beer, wine, and all art supplies will be provided. Each participant will receive one drink of choice. This class is meant to be stress-free and relaxing, pour a drink and pour some paint! This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels! Hanah teaches roughly 2 classes a month and rotates between different techniques of acrylic pouring in each class. In this class, she will be teaching the “Ring Pour” method. Note: You might get messy! Wear something that you wouldn’t mind possibly getting paint on. Cost per student is $45.

    Arts on Main is excited to host FREE summer art exploration camps during the summer of 2023! Our young students will be making “Art for Art’s Sake!” Focusing on fine motor skills, tactile activities, and getting very messy, the kids will explore art through the ages starting with making cave paint and ending with modern sculpture using handmade clay. We will offer 2 sessions of the preschool camp with the same lessons being taught during both. There will be a limited number of spots available. Your quirky snippets, papers, jewelry, fabric, or any small odds and ends can be layered to create a charming and personal piece of art. If you want to practice without worrying about ruining a special object, extra supply packets will be available to purchase for $5 a bag so you can play with a free spirit. You will learn how to layer paint, paper, photos, trims, fabric and more. We will learn different types of gluing, fusing and stitching methods to build interesting layers for your pieces.
