Spring Living History Weekend at The Daffodil Festival

Spring Living History Weekend … at The Daffodil Festival!

On April 6th and 7th, the Gloucester Museum of History will host Fire, Smoke & Muskets: The museum located on Main Street and surrounding areas will come to life with the sights and sounds of the American Revolution. The weekend will include cannon and musket firing demonstrations presented by the 7th Virginia Regiment, along with colonial cooking, and period musicians. This free and family friendly program will align with Virginia’s Standards of Learning (SOLs) for students of all ages, with emphasis on Virginia studies, the American Revolution, and the Franco-American Alliance.
